Method of preparation:

With dry yeast: Pour the mix into a bowl and add 7 g of dry yeast. Add 200 ml of warm (about 45 degrees C) boiled water, two tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of honey and stir with a spoon, then knead with your hands. Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour (you can put it in the oven at 30-40 degrees C). Knead the dough again and roll it. Preheat the oven to 250-300 degrees C. Sprinkle the cheese 3 minutes before the end and add your favorite additions.
With fresh yeast: Take 200 ml of warm water, add 20 g of fresh yeast (at room temperature), 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of the mixture, mix thoroughly. Leave for 15 minutes in a warm place to rise. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the rest of the flour and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
