Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Line a mold (ca 10 x 20 cm) with baking paper. Pur the mixture into a bowl and add 450 ml of sparkling water and stir thoroughly. Pour the dough into the  mold immediately and put into the oven. Bake for 1,5 hours. Remove the bread from the mold, wrap it in a cotton cloth and allow it to cool completely.
