Description:

Alce Nero balsamic vinegar of Modena I.G.P. is made with Italian grape must (fresh juice from pressed grapes) and produced by adding wine vinegar to the grape must, along with a certain quantity of balsamic vinegar that has been aged 10 years. The must comes exclusively from the following grape varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiani, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni. It was assigned the “Two Leaf” category with the silver label in the classification defined by the A.I.B (Assaggiatori Italiani Balsamico — Italian Balsamic Tasters). Characterised by high viscosity this vinegar features a complex and sharp aroma with a woody note. It’s particularly good for ice-cream, fruit and cheese.
