Method of preparation:
1) Mix with ca 125 ml od water. Stir carefully until the dough is even.
2) Bring 1,5 l of water to boil, add on pinch of salt and 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cut the dough into pieces about the size of a walnut and flatten each piece between hands.
3) Let simmer as covered in boiling water at low heat for about 30 minutes.
