Description:

Organic Chickpea flour is obtained from ground garbanzo beans. It is characterized by a slightly nutty aftertaste. It can be used alone or in a mix with other flours. Use it for making bread, pasta and pancakes. It has strong binding properties and is therefore also excellent for thickening soups and sauces. Popular as an egg substitute in the vegan omelette.
