Description:

Pearl barley is the most common form of barley. It is still chewy and nutritious but less so than the hulled barley because the outer husk and bran layers have been removed. Ecological barley groats are produced from hulled barley grain. It is an excellent addition to meat dishes and vegetarian options. We also recommend it for soups and casseroles.
