Description:

Organic rye bran is obtained from milling rye grits. The bran includes mainly the outer and most valuable grain layer. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. They taste great with milk products. We also recommend it as an addition to soups, salads and sauces. Bran should be shortly cooked before consumption.
