Description:

Organic spelt bran is produced during the milling process of spelt grits. The bran includes mainly the outer and most valuable layer of the grain. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. They taste great with milk products. They may be used in muesli, cereals, soups, salads and sauces. We also recommend to use it in homemade pastries. Bran must be shortly cooked before eating.
