You need 400 ml of plant drink or milk and 2 tablespoons of cane sugar.
Mix 5 tablespoons of plant drink/milk with 1 bag of powder until smooth. Boil the remaining liquid with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Add the mixed powder and let it simmer, stirring constantly. Before serving, beat with a whisk (this will prevent a skin from forming).
Tip: For a stiffer consistency, use less liquid. The consistency may vary significantly when using some plant-based drinks (e.g. rice drinks).
