How to use:
Put the seeds in a bowl with lukewarm water and leave for 8-10 hours. Then pour off the water cover with gauze and leave the seeds in the dish for 2-3 days at room temperature rinsing thoroughly with water 1-2 times a day. After 2-3 days the sprouts are ready to eat. Eat within 7 weeks, keep in the refrigerator.
