How to use:
Instead of cream or milk you can use santen. If you are using santen in curry or sauce, keep the proportion of liquid (water, broth or plant drink) between 1:1 or 1:2 (100 g santen to 200 g liquid), depending on how creamy you want it to be. You can simply melt a cube of santen into the soup for extra creaminess.
