How to use:
Adults: 1 scoop a day dissolved in a glass of water or other drink. Watch your body's reaction. If you feel that the portion is too large, reduce the portion to 0,5 scoops (1,5 g) and gradually increase the daily portion to 1 scoop (3 g).
Use the product for up to 6 months. Drink 2 liters of water a day. Measuring cup is included in the package.
Maximum daily portion to consume is 3 g.
Children (from 12 years of age): The daily portion for children is 0,5 scoops (1,5 g) If you are afraid that the portion is too large, you can start use from 1/4 measuring cup.\
