Method of preparation:
Start by peeling the root. Take 1 tablespoon of root shavings and put it into a tea ball. Bring water to a boil and then turn it off and let cool for 2–3 minutes. Pour the water into a tea cup,and sink the tea ball or filter into the cup. Let it infuse for 5 minutes or longer. After drinking the tea eat the ginseng shavings to optimize the health benefits.
