RADISH SPROUTS SEEDS 30 g

To prepare sprouts at home: take a flat plate, cover it with gauze or other water absorbing material. Sprinkle one layer or seeds onto the gauze and water it with boiled water. Add water so that the gauze is kept wet at all times. Put the seeds in warm and dark place. Sprouts will grow within 2-4 days, depending on the type of sprouting plant. Big seeds, such as: pea, soya, chickpea etc. or seeds with husks, such as: pumpkin, sunflower, sprouts are cut before consumption. Small seeds can be consumed in whole.
