Method of preparation:

Add 750 ml lukewarm water and 14 g of fresh yeast to the mixture. Mix. Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold, cover and leave to rise for 40 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 250° C, then 30 minutes at 190° C. Take the bread out of the pan and bake it for 10 more minutes until a golden crust is obtained.
