Method of preparation:
Cook in salty water in a ratio of 1 part of buckwheat and 2 parts of water over low heat for ca 15 minutes. Overcooks easily! You can also just pour boiling water on buckwheat (1:1) and let it stay covered for ca 7 minutes.
