Description:

Manuka honey is famous mainly for its antiseptic and strengthening properties. In addition it has other health promoting properties characteristic of honey: it improves blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, increases the secretion of bile, increases the production of new blood cells, increases overall immunity. Contains at least 300 mg of methylglyoxal per kilogram that makes the honey a powerful antibiotic. Regular honey contains 1-10 mg of MGO per one kilogram.
