Method of preparation:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of matcha in 100 ml of hot water at 80°C and mix thoroughly. You can also first dissolve a teaspoon of matcha in a little cold water, mix, and then add boiling water. A bamboo chasen or a manual milk frother is best for mixing.
