You need 350 g of bread roll mix and 400 ml of water (lukewarm).
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with the top-bottom heating function. Mix the bun mix with 400 ml of water. Leave the dough to swell for 5 minutes. With wet hands divide the dough into eight equal parts, form balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the pieces of dough flat so that they are about 2 cm high. Place the rolls (without rising time) on a medium level in the preheated oven.
After about 35 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
