Description: Oconal is the highest quality, specialty coffee. Medium roasting makes it mildly sweet. It pleases both the coffee drinkers looking for light fruit and floral flavours as well as dark espresso lovers. The beans come from Gerardo Cordova Bravo who is a small farmer and member of the Fair Trade cooperative in central Peru. It is grown on the altitude of 1000-1600 m.
Oconal is roasted in small (14 kg) batches and the roasting date is always on the package. This way you can always be sure that your coffee is freshly roasted.
