Method of preparation:
Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl and add ca 400 ml of cold water, mix well and set aside for 2 minutes. Then fry thin pancakes on a heated pan with a little oil. Pancakes can be served with jam, white cheese, spinach, meat or mushroom filling.
The finished dough is enough for 8-10 pancakes.
