**Preheat the oven to 190° C. **** Brush the mould with coconut oil or clarified butter and sprinkle with teff flakes, oatmeal or ground flax seeds. ****Pour the mixture into the bowl. ****Slowly add 500 ml of highly carbonated water while stirring thoroughly. ****Mix the dough, pour it into a roasting pan and put it in the oven for 1,5 hours. **After baking remove the bread from the roasting pan and wrap it in a cloth. Set aside to cool.
