1. Preheat the convection oven to 170°C (or 185 - 190°C for a conventional oven). Prepare a medium-sized baking tray (20 x 24 cm, maximum 22 x 26 cm), lightly grease it or line with baking paper.
2. Combine 60 ml of oil, 250 ml of MILK and the brownie mixture and mix until smooth. Pour the batter onto the prepared tray, spreading it evenly.
Instead of oil and MILK, you can use melted BUTTER and a plant-based drink.
3. Bake for 20 - 22 minutes in a convection oven at 170°C (or 185 - 190°C for a conventional oven), until cooked through.
4. Leave to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
