Step 1: Cut 300 g of vegetables into thin strips. Use e.g. cucumber, carrot and bean sprouts (bean sprouts should be blanched first).
Step 2: Choose, among others, tofu, shrimp or chicken. Fry 150 g in a pan and cut into thin strips if necessary.
Step 3: Prepare 50 g rice noodles according to the manufacturer's instructions, remember to rinse the noodles with cold water.
Step 4: Choose spices e.g. coriander, chives or mint.
Step 5: Soak the paper one by one in a flat dish with lukewarm water for 10 seconds until soft. Then place them on a flat surface.
Step 6: Fill the paper with all the ingredients and roll it up as shown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
