TRADITIONAL JAPANESE GREEN TEA MATCHA BIO 30 g

Take 2 small teaspoon of tea (approximately 1,5 g), add 100 ml of hot but not boiling water (80 degrees C), mix with rapid movements to dissolve the powder till the foam appears.
Matcha can be prepared in a shaker both hot and cold. Just pour a portion of matcha tea inside, close on tightly and shake vigorously several times. You can even do it in a mineral water bottle!
Preparation of matcha latte: Mix a teaspoon of matcha with a little hot water. Add hot foamed milk (vegetable or conventional). You can sweeten matcha latte with a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
