Method of preparation:
Cooked: 50 grams of oatmeal and 180 ml of water / milk or vegetable drink, cook approx. 5 min while stirring.
Cold: 50 g porridge and 150 ml of fluid, allow to stand for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator, serve with fruit.
