Method of preparation:
Take 50 g porridge for 180 ml of water, milk or vegetable drink and cook approx. 5 min stirring constantly or heat in the microwave for 2 minutes (800 W). Add fruit, nuts or honey. You can also eat the porridge without cooking with milk or yoghurt.
