Combine 1 cup of rice with 2-2,5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer. Stir occasionally and cook until all the water is absorbed and the rice grains are soft. Cooking time: about 30 minutes.
Tip: reduce the amount of water if you prefer your rice firmer or add more water if you prefer your rice softer.\
