Method of preparation:
Mix 3 eggs with 150 ml of milk and a spoonful of oil. Pour in the contents of the package and mix thoroughly. Wait 5 minutes before frying - then the pancakes will be more fluffy. Preheat the pan but do hot fry at very high temperature - pancakes with coconut flour do not like too high temperatures.
